A few months ago, the Quilters Group that I attend twice a month decided to make a quilt to give away in a drawing at our local church Harvest Dinner which occurred this past Wednesday. I've never seen such a beautiful, comfortable, and cozy decorated hall for these local dinners. We covered the walls and display tables with quilts we collected from all of the women of the church. It was really beautiful!
As I said, our Quilters Group got together and made this quilt top in two hours, then I quilted it and bound it to be given away in a drawing. It was nice to see a very deserving young mother receive the quilt. Here are a few pictures of the quilt.
